In his role as Managing Partner at Whitney Development, Dan assumes a hands-on approach, meticulously overseeing every facet of the business, from project initiation to completion, and spearheading the acquisition of new developments. With over a decade of immersive experience under his belt, Dan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise essential for navigating any project terrain. Before joining Whitney Development, Dan served as the Director of Development for several esteemed general contractors, where he played a pivotal role in steering the successful completion of over 10 million square feet of commercial, multi-residential, and self-storage projects across 48 states.

As a Partner at Whitney Development, Anna is responsible for the seamless execution of day-to-day business operations. Her role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, including managing land acquisition, navigating entitlements and permitting processes, overseeing project management, and supervising all financial activities. With a background in financial and accounting roles for general contractors and developers in both New Jersey and New York City, Anna brings invaluable expertise to her role. Her prior experience equips her to efficiently manage the intricacies of each project and ensure smooth financial operations within the company.

Hannah is a versatile professional with a background in geotechnical engineering, focusing her expertise on managing commercial development projects. With a proven track record of success, she collaborates effectively with subcontractors, clients, and internal field engineers to ensure project excellence in the commercial sector. Proficient in technical tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Primavera, she has successfully managed numerous geotechnical and construction materials testing projects, consistently meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements. In previous roles, she has demonstrated strong project coordination and client communication making her a valuable asset in commercial development initiatives.

Assistant Project Manager

Carly approaches her role as an Assistant Project Manager with determination and a results-oriented mindset. Drawing from her experience as a DE Underwriter, she possesses a keen attention to detail and a relentless drive for project success. In her previous roles, Carly was responsible for assessing and evaluating mortgage loan applications, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex tasks and deliver high-quality outcomes. Furthermore, her time as an Operations Analyst equipped her with a strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills, essential for driving operational efficiency. With a steadfast commitment to achieving goals and overcoming obstacles, Carly is poised to excel in driving the success of real estate development projects with determination and resolve.
